Offer to carry purchases out to customers’ vehicles.

Keep shelves stocked, organized, and products pulled forward throughout the day.

Maintain cleanliness and inventory of the treat bar, freezers, and bakery case.

Monitor freezer temperatures and prepackage bakery items as needed.

Keep the back stock area tidy and functional—no clutter, no chaos!

Keep food and drink tucked away from customer view.

Guide customers through our bath station process and provide towels and supplies.

Refill shampoos, sprays, and supplies between uses.

Keep bath areas, hallways, and bathrooms hair-free and clean.

Promptly handle pet accidents or spills and post signage when floors are wet.

Maintain a clean and stocked restroom for customer use.

Answer phones promptly and professionally.

Schedule bath appointments.

Clean and reset the storefront before closing.

Wash, dry, and neatly fold all towels and aprons.

Accurately count the register and follow proper safe-drop and security protocols.

Ensure all store doors are locked, candles are off, and the security system is armed.

Provide love and care to our shop cats 

A people-person with a passion for pets (and a strong work ethic).

Customer service experience, especially in retail, is a big plus.

Comfort working on your feet and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
